We will only service e-bikes with Bosch, Shimano, Fauza, TQ, Hyena, and Specialized electronics. Electronics include the battery, motor, controller, wiring, and any other parts related to the electrical component of an e-bike. We can work on the mechanical components of other e-bike brands but not the electronics. If you are leaving your e-bike for service and it does not have electronics from one of the aforementioned brands, we cannot keep the battery in the building due to insurance reasons and you must bring it home with you. If the battery cannot be removed from the bike, you must be present in the building while your bike is being worked on; it cannot be left for service.

Cable Labor Table
These are the labor charges that we have established for installing new mechanical cables and housing under our à la carte service section. Within these labor charges, it does include the adjustment for either mechanical brakes or derailleurs. Unfortunately, with ebikes, a lot of the time companies run the cable and housing along the main harness and/or through the battery and motor mount areas. This results in more time being spent, and in the long run, the labor prices increase.
| External | Internal | Integrated | |
| 1 Cable + Housing | $45 | $75 | $100 |
| 2 Cable + Housing | $60 | $95 | $125 |
| 3 Cable + Housing | $75 | $115 | $150 |
| 4 Cable + Housing | $100 | $130 | $175 |
