Shipping is available for select bicycles, apparel, and accessories. If “Pickup in Store” is the only option available on a specific product page, then it is not available to be shipped. Orders typically ship within two business days after being placed.
We ship items via ground with either UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. A signature will be required for any bicycle shipped.
Our website is intended to help make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist. Shipping Bikes
If you purchase a bike from us, it may be a bike which had previously been assembled and on the sale floor at one of our stores. All bikes purchased from our website are assembled and checked by a technician and then packed for shipping. We do our best to package every bike so as little assembly is required for you when the bike arrives. If you are unfamiliar with how to attach handlebars, pedals, and wheels to a bicycle, we highly recommend you bring your bike to a bike shop for professional assembly.
If you see a bike available for purchase on our website but “Pickup in Store” is the only option available, then it is not something we can ship.
When purchasing a bike that is available to ship on our website, we only process orders for bicycles if the billing address and shipping address match; we reserve the right to cancel your bike order if they do not. If you are shipping your bike directly to a bike shop, please email us at [email protected] to alert us of this arrangement. Your order may be canceled if you do not email us.
A signature will be required for all bike orders that are shipped.
Any bike purchased from trailtoroad.com and shipped is not eligible for return or exchange. Once an order for a bike has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
