Returns
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase date and items must be in like-new, sellable condition.
- All sales are final for items marked down.
- No Returns on special-ordered items.
Special Orders
- For any item that we need to order, payment is required in full.
Labor
- Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
Online Order Returns
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for items being returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges are refundable for cancelled orders pre-shipping only.
- Any discounted item is final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- If a return or exchange is wanted, the customer is required to pay return shipping. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide return labels.
- Any bike that is sold and shipped is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any wheelset or wheel that is sold and shipped is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any helmet that is sold and shipped is not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you love the product you ordered but it doesn’t fit or you don’t like the color. At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item the best way to do this is to place an order for the new item you want and send us back whatever you don’t want (customer pays return shipping). This will ensure you get your new item as soon as possible. Once we receive the item you no longer want, we will process the return as normal. Please keep in mind all of the normal restrictions on returns apply. If you live locally you can do the same thing but you also have the freedom to return your item at one of our stores. If you come to one of our stores to exchange an item it my be out of stock by the time you get here or it may not be available at the store you visit.

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
